If and when you have done something to embarrass yourself, this is a basic principle for achieving recovery:
•Recovery comes best to those who respond (repent) fastest and most thoroughly
Another way to say this: “Recovery is in direct correlation to…”
•how quickly you can stop rationalizing about your problem.
•how serious you are about making things right
